For sites where petroleum release has occurred, IPES will provide a MRBCA work plan to delineate the extent of the release, and to collect the necessary data to complete a risk assessment. IPES will prepare detailed cost estimates and obtain the necessary cost per-approvals from PSTIF. IPES will work closely with you to minimize to the extent possible any disruption to your business, maximize your potential reimbursement on PSTIF sites, and minimize your out of pocket costs.
IPES is experienced in hydro-geological evaluations. As part of the site characterization process, monitoring wells are installed in key locations to determine the extent of soil and groundwater impacts. Groundwater monitoring may need to continue for an extended timeframe (possibly a year or longer). However, IPES will complete these monitoring activities with a minimum of disruption to your business.
IPES has experience with the MRBCA risk assessment process to allow us to evaluate the potential risks to determine if any remedial action is required. By fully evaluating the potential risks, it is often possible to eliminate the need for remedial action in many cases.
